Our technical advisors have been trained in the different professions and stages of cosmetic surgery; they are familiar with the different types of operations that exist. They are experts in the field of post-surgery lingerie and the technical features of Embody products.
Our customer service is very responsive: any order placed before 3pm is shipped the same day.. If a product does not suit you, you can return it free of charge for an exchange or a refund.
Our customer service is committed to providing you with a return shipping note in just a few hours*. Because a post-surgery garment is a delicate purchase, we accept post-surgery returns, even if it is more than 14 days after your purchase, so don't worry !
If your garment doesn't fit after surgery, we'll exchange it or refund your money free of charge.
